Class Descriptions

Cycle Boot Camp (lindsay)
The ultimate cross-training boot camp class. A combination of spinning, strength and core training. This class is 1/2 i the cyle studio and 1/2 in our group fitness studio.
4 week program (8 classes)

Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-7:55am
April 10th - May 3rd
May 8th - May 31st
June 5th - June 28th
July 3rd - July 26th
July 31st - Aug 23rd

Cycle Boot Camp (alannah)
The ultimate cross-training boot camp class. A combination of spinning, strength and core training. This class is 1/2 i the cyle studio and 1/2 in our group fitness studio.
4 week program (8 classes)

Monday - Wednesday 5:30-6:25pm
May 11th - June 6th
June 8th - July 4th
July 6th - Aug 1st
Aug 3rd- Aug 29th

Please note: Class size is 15 people.
Sign up and wrist bands are required for all spinning classes.
Sign up sheets are put out 15 minutes prior to class.
