Lunch Crunch Boot Camp (Lindsay and Amir)
Increase your strength, flexibility, cardio, and core!
Great 45 minute lunch hour workout.

4 week program (8 classes)
Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:05 - 12:50 pm

May 9th - June 4th
June 11th - July 4th
July 11th - Aug 6th
Aug 13th - Sept 5th
